EMF Neutral Living (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs the website at emfneutralliving.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to this policy.
Who we are
EMF Neutral Living is an independent publication about lowering electromagnetic (EMF) exposure in the home. The site is free to read and carries no display advertising. We do not operate an email newsletter or mailing list on this site, so we do not collect email addresses for marketing here.
Information we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. The information we handle falls into two groups.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting and analytics tools may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the time and date of your visit. Information you choose to give us. If you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address, and any website you enter in the comment form, along with your comment and the time you posted it. If you email us, we receive whatever information you include in your message.

Affiliate links
EMF Neutral Living participates in affiliate programs, primarily with Aires Tech. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you, and your discount applies automatically at checkout. Clicking an affiliate link may allow the retailer to set a cookie that identifies the referral so the commission can be credited. Any purchase you make happens on the retailer’s own website and is governed by their privacy policy and terms, not ours. We only recommend products we use in our own homes, and recommendations are never paid placements.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the site, to understand how it is used and improve our content, to publish and respond to comments, to respond to your messages, to credit affiliate referrals, and to protect the site against spam, abuse, and security threats.

We keep comment data for as long as the comment remains published or until you ask us to remove it. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our analytics providers. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
